SoftMaker Office is a free, lightweight office suite consisting of two fast, simple applications. These two namely TextMaker and PlanMaker, are capable in opening and editing Microsoft Word and Excel files.
SoftMaker Office 2006 is able to run off straight from your thumbdrive! The software is just a mere 24MB file download and uses only 12MB of RAM on your system. This is certainly a good application that does its job perfectly without being hungry on resources.
