Yio Chu Kang Secondary School will be celebrating its 45th anniversary this month and because specialists were engaged to in training students for performances, the school has asked its students to contribute $50 to help subsidise part of the expenses. The $50 shall be withdrawn from Edusave accounts and if accounts balances are insufficient, cash payment is expected!
Is this an abuse of Edusave accounts? This is ridiculous! If the school is "poor", then please don't do perform a second Singapore's 45th celebration!
