Mr Stanley Chua, a former major in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), has devised a course to prepare Singaporeans boys for the two-year mandatory National Service (NS) stint. From Sunday Times, the six sessions each 1.5 hours course would cost $449. This translates to an approximate $56 per hour course!
