HP decided to exit PC business, kill webOS
Two shocking news broke out from Hewlett Packard (HP) - exit PC business and kill newly acquired webOS from Palm. HP's just launched TouchPad was launched on July 1 but am killed on August 18, a mere 49 days in existence. HP, the world’s largest computer maker, decision does not come positive for investors, having its share price falling over 20% in NYSE.
Who would have predicted HP giving up building and going into services 100%.
