Young PAP Jason Neo racist comment

Young PAP (YPAP) member Jason Neo quits after being accused over 'racist' online posting. The religiously and racially offensive caption to a photograph which he uploaded on his Facebook page is shown below.

His caption said: 'Bus filled with young terrorist trainees?'. This posting, which was made in February before he joined the PAP, went viral recently. Will Jason Neo be charged?
